We were delighted to have completed a new lease with Envirobuild Materials Ltd (www.envirobuild.com) just prior to Christmas. Envirobuild are a leading supplier of low carbon, sustainable building and outdoor furniture products and will set up a new distribution hub within the 60,000 sft premises at the centrally located Swift Valley Estate in Rugby. Bond Estates were represented by local agents, Wells McFarlane (www.wellsmcfarlane.co.uk) of Lutterworth.
Andrew McFarlane-Holt of Wells McFarlane commented “There was widespread interest in this unit, largely because there is scarce supply at this end of the market, and Gladiator Way benefits from an established location with excellent transport connections. This is one of the biggest single industrial transactions we’ve concluded recently, completing in just under three months, which indicates that despite challenging conditions, there is still plenty of activity in the sector as businesses look to upsize.”
James Brueton, Envirobuild’s MD, said “At EnviroBuild we run a bulk goods distribution operation that covers the UK, the Bond-estates Rugby based warehouse was the perfect choice for location being centred in the golden triangle and the fit for purpose warehouse has made designing an efficient stock layout much easier. We hope this aids our growth and we look forward to working out of the region for many years to come”.
Bond Estates owns several properties within the Swift Valley development, a key logistics location within the heart of the Midlands network. We warmly welcome Envirobuild to the fold and wish them all success in their latest venture.
