We were delighted to have completed a new lease with Envirobuild Materials Ltd (www.envirobuild.com) just prior to Christmas. Envirobuild are a leading supplier of low carbon, sustainable building and outdoor furniture products and will set up a new distribution hub within the 60,000 sft premises at the centrally located Swift Valley Estate in Rugby.
