Bond Estates brings under single management over £100m of property, equity and cash resources in the
H W Coates group. The head office team in
Milton Keynes will provide a single point of focus for all group property interests. Led by Managing Director Richard Perry, Bond Estates will up its pace of investment in both the property and public markets.
Richard commented, “Bond Estates has over 2 million square feet of wholly owned investment property, as well as actively managed liquid resources in public markets. We have a long-term commitment to growing our holdings and have up to £50m to invest in the right opportunities this year”.
